Dr. Homer Hilario
Dr. Homer Hilario was born in the Philippines on July 30th, 1959. After seeing the poor healthcare of animals back in his country, he decided that helping animals in need was what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. He graduated from De La Salle Araneta University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1981. Dr. Homer moved to the US and worked in a few major cities, such as Chicago and Toronto. He is currently settled with his family in Windsor, Canada. He has been married to his wife for 16yrs & has 3 grandchildren. In his free time, he likes to watch T.V. and movies, go bowling and spend time with his family. Dr. Homer has no pets but if he had the time, he would love to have a St. Bernard.
Dr. Shayne Ballou
Prior to accepting a position at Caputo Animal Hospital. Dr Ballou completed a year of residency at the University of Michigan and practiced emergency medicine in the greater Detroit area for a number of years while teaching Microbiology of Infectious Disease at Oakland Community College. During veterinary school, he participated in numerous laboratory animal externships at the University of Illinois, University of Michigan, University of Cambridge, and Yale University.
